Make A Donation
Many of our patients are uninsured or under-insured. But because of your support, Central VNA never turns anyone away.
Your donation helps keep us strong and helps your friends and neighbors in the Lakes Region. We don’t receive any assistance from the federal government or the State of New Hampshire, United Way or any other fundraising organizations.
We depend on you – thank you for your support!
Monthly Giving Program
A simple, no hassle way to help someone right here in your community, when you sign up as a Monthly Giver, Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice will automatically charge your Credit Card in the amount you would like to give each month. By becoming a Monthly Giver, pledging $25, $50, $100 a month can play an important role in providing needed Home Health Care Services to the Lakes Region. Every dollar counts, so even a small monthly commitment will add up and make a real difference.
Gifts in honor or in memory of a loved one are a wonderful way to honor someone who has made a difference in your life. At the same time, these gifts help our staff continue to serve families in the Lakes Region who might otherwise not receive care.
Your bequest or planned gift will sustain the mission of Central NH VNA & Hospice far into the future. Please consider a provision in your estate plans to leave a lasting legacy. You may designate a specific dollar amount for Central VNA in your will or donate a percentage of your estate. You may choose to designate a specific program or give on an unrestricted basis which will allow us to apply your gift wherever it is most needed. Naming opportunities are available.
To notify us of your intention to include Central VNA in your estate plans, or to get more information, you can click on the button below and fill out the estate giving form or contact Brian Winslow, Vice President of Advancement & Business Development at (603) 524-8444 or email@example.com.
You will want to discuss any estate planning with your attorney or financial advisor. If you do not have one, Central VNA & Hospice can make a recommendation.
Charitable Remainder Trusts
Assets are transferred into an irrevocable trust which then provides an annual income to you or up to two named beneficiaries – either for the life of those beneficiaries, or for an agreed-upon term that does not exceed twenty years. You qualify for an immediate tax deduction equal to a portion of your gift.
Simply put, charitable bequests are gifts made by means of your will or other estate plans and can include gifts of cash, securities, real estate, life insurance, a percentage of your estate and a wide variety of other assets.
Retirement Plan Gifts
You may wish to consider naming Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice as the beneficiary of the remainder of your retirement account. This is a powerful and tax efficient way to make a significant bequest.
Thank you for supporting Central VNA & Hospice.
