Bereavement Services

Bereavement Services are a component of Hospice services, provided by both the hospice spiritual care coordinator and the social worker, with the aim of supporting the family and care givers in their bereavement and grief.

Services continue with the family for up to 13 months after the death of the patient. Included in our bereavement program are: in person support groups, 1:1 counseling sessions, cards, letters and invites to events by our hospice team members as well as Grief Art Workshops.
