We invite you to contact us with questions, comments and concerns about any of our services.  We are always interested in your feedback.  If you need help, we are here for you.

Fill out the form below and one of our team members will be in touch. Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice has two locations,
one in Laconia and one in Wolfeboro. If you prefer to call, please contact the location nearest you.  We can help start you or your loved one with services in the home, help you find bereavement support or maybe even a caregiver for respite.  If you are looking to support this organization, we can direct you to events in your community, or explain the many ways in which to make a gift.

Corona Virus or COVID-19 Pandemic:

Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice continues to serve patients and will plan to do so into the foreseeable future. Working closely with our community partners, our goal during this pandemic is to provide the needed home based services our community requires. It is our intention that our patients will not see a big change in their care. What they might notice is the addition of a number of screening questions when scheduling a visit with one of our clinicians.
