Healthcare at Home

Central’s licensed clinical staff will partner with you, your physician, and your caregiver to ensure the best possible outcomes; whether you are recovering from illness, accident or surgery. Coping with a chronic illness? We can help with managing complex medications.

Hospice

Providing care and support to individuals who have a life limiting illness by focusing on quality of life, comfort, dignity and respect. Our professional team members offer physical, emotional and spiritual support to our patients and their family members.

Rehabilitation

In collaboration with your doctor, our licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists can evaluate your home for safety, assist with home modifications, work with you on strength training and mobility, and re-establishing communication and language skills.

Pediatrics

Our caring and committed Nurses and Parent Educators serve children and adolescents with acute or chronic illness /injuries, in their homes. We work with pregnant women and new moms to provide support and offer a baby check-up after your hospital stay.
